What are the delivery times?

Each item is created on demand, especially for you. Please allow an average of 3 to 5 working days for the production of your items.

Once your order is ready, it is shipped. Here are the average observed delivery times:

  • For France: 2 to 3 working days.
  • For the European Union: 3 to 7 working days (depending on the destination).

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail so you can track its delivery.

Can I return personalized items?

Due to their unique nature, personalized items are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. We strongly advise you to double-check all information (dates, initials...) before confirming your order.

However, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your item arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or if the personalization does not match what you confirmed, please contact us immediately at contact@duogemma.com with a clear photo of the issue. (It is often not necessary to send the defective item back to us).

Our commitment is to provide you with the perfect gift. We will therefore immediately launch the production of a new item and ship it to you at our expense. If you prefer, we can, of course, issue a full refund for your order.

What is the origin of our products?

Transparency is essential to us. As with the vast majority of brands, the manufacturing of textiles and accessories (before personalization) is a global process. Our real commitment lies in the meticulous selection of our partners and products.

We are deeply committed to offering an eco-responsible collection, which makes up a significant part of our range. For these items (mainly textiles), we have chosen to work with brands recognized for their ethical and ecological approach. These garments are made from 100% organic cotton and have the strictest certifications (GOTS, Oeko-Tex, PETA-Approved Vegan), guaranteeing production that respects the environment and workers.

For other products and to enrich our catalog, we work with a network of partner workshops that prioritize quality and durability. Although these items are not all made from organic cotton, they are selected for their high quality, ensuring an excellent appearance and long-term durability.

Regardless of the product's origin, the personalization (printing, quality control) is always carried out with care in Europe, using high-quality inks, such as our eco-friendly water-based inks for textiles.

Where are the products shipped from?

To ensure the fastest and most local production and delivery possible, we work with several partner workshops.

  • Our historical partner workshop, located in the South of France, handles a large portion of of our orders, especially our eco-responsible collection.
  • We also rely on a network of partner workshops in Europe (e.g., in Germany, Spain, or the Netherlands).

This system allows us to ensure production as close to you as possible, thereby reducing our carbon footprint and optimizing delivery times, wherever you are in Europe.

Absolutely. That is the heart of our promise. We are obsessed with durability and customer satisfaction.

We work exclusively with products selected for their high quality, whether it's our premium organic cotton textiles or other garments chosen for their comfort and longevity. The same goes for our high-quality ceramic mugs and other accessories: all are designed to last and carry your message or design for years to come.
