Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Personalized items: Due to their unique and custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, in accordance with the law (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). We kindly ask you to double-check the personalization details before finalizing your purchase.

What to do in case of a problem? If your item arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or if the personalization is not what you ordered, we are here to help.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@duogemma.com.

  • Attach a clear photo of the defect to your email.

  • It is not necessary to send the item back to us.

We are committed to providing a quick solution: either we will reship a new item at our expense, or we will issue a full refund if you prefer.
