At Duogemma, we don't hold any stock. Every item is personalized and printed on demand after you've placed your order. This process guarantees impeccable quality and responsible production.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

 

Our delivery times are broken down into two clear stages:

  • Production: Please allow an average of 3 to 5 business days for our partner artisans in France to print, inspect, and prepare your order with the utmost care.

  • Shipping: Once your order is ready, the shipping time for mainland France is 2 to 3 business days. For other European countries, this may extend by 2 to 5 additional days.

The total estimated time to receive your order in France is therefore 5 to 8 business days.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Your trust is essential to us. As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your treasure's journey right to your doorstep.
